How to begin eating superfood
After reading my story about superfood in Göteborgs-Posten several friends have been asking me how they can begin with superfood, where to get it and how to use it. Here is what I suggest:

Try to add a few superfoods to your daily meals and at the same time avoiding bad stuff. You will find superfoods at most herbalists and organic food stores. Ask around, some shops have much better selection. A few common superfoods: bee pollen, hemp seed, hemp seed oil, spirulina powder, acai powder, barley grass powder, nettle powder, mulberries, gojiberries, maca powder, manuka honey etc. Use them in salads, on your porridge, in smoothies, juice etc.
When you have tested a few superfoods and know which ones work for you ordering from Online shops can save you a lot of money. Just make sure to get good quality. Ask about its country of origin, if it’s organic, if it has been processed in any way, etc?
