This morning I decided to bring my camera on the morning run. Time out: 7,20 am. Time in: 9,40 am.
Åh vilka underbara bilder! Mina från min morgonrunda igår var mycket mörkare då jag sprang toktidigt… Har lite förståelse för hur man kan bli deppig på hösten när det bara sprakar av färger… Love it! 🙂

I normally start the day with a big glass of luke warm lemon water – for internal cleanser and hydration. Next: a green shake with Green Magma barley grass powder, spirulina, hempseed oil and water. The breakfast porridge can be topped with seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, sesame), nuts, ground apple and cinnamon. Oatmilk to that. Maybe egg sandwiches with fresh cilantro and celtic sea salt. I make an antioxidant “tea” made of ground cloves, cinnamon, cayenne, ginger, turmeric and black pepper. Afterwards I take following nutritional supplements: Medox, Astaxin, Omega-3 and Zink. For lunch and dinner I eat “normal” good food, but try to chose at least 1-2 raw servings (greens, sallad, fruit) – always with some good fat since the vitamins are fat-soluble. During the day I also try to drink plenty of water, especially if I’m having coffee.
