    What about eating beets raw, steamcooked or lactic fermented beets? How much is ok/day?

      I mostly eat raw beets, thin slices, in salads, but I guess the absorbtion is better if you juice or steamcook it, just like with other hard vegetables like broccoli, carrot and cabbage.
